📌 Key Responsibilities

Lead Prospecting & Scheduling

• Identify and qualify leads via LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, forums, email, and referrals
• Book meetings directly to the founder’s calendar and send follow-ups
• Coordinate intro calls with Small-Mid Cap real estate hedge funds

Sales & Demos

• Conduct tailored product demos based on client pain points
• Create short product videos to explain features and value
